Can I backup multiple sites?
Yes, you can backup servers and workstation from any location as long as you have an Internet connection.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your initial payment. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away.  Likewise, we do not require term agreements.  Our services are only available on a month to month basis.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade or add additional workstations or servers at any time after signing up. You can also remove workstations and servers at anytime as well.  Services are based month to month.
Can I use your service if my IT provider is not partnered with you?
Absolutely!  We believe that your backup and disaster recovery archive services should remain an ongoing service with us.  While your IT employees or service provider may change every few years, your backup service should remain the same.  Why change a service that’s working, and potentially lose a long history of backups, just because you change IT staffing?
